Carlos Íñigo (born 13 December 1960 - 17 September 2017) was a Mexican voice actor who provided voices in Thomas and the Magic Railroad and Thomas & Friends.
Better known for voicing Joey Wheeler in Yu-Gi-Oh!, Rocko in Rocko's Modern Life, and Daggett in The Angry Beavers.
