“This engine vane is best of all!”
― the stationmaster[src]

Blowing About is a short rhyming magazine story.

Plot[]

On the stationmaster's roof, there is a weather vane that shows the direction the wind is blowing in any weather. When the weather vane blows down, Duck thinks it would be a good idea to take it to the Works where they make a brand new one. He gives it to the stationmaster, who is surprised to see it is in the shape of an engine. The stationmaster thinks it is the best weather vane of all.

Characters[]
