Bernd Stephan (born on 23 October 1943 in Marburg as Bernd Schulze) is a German actor, voice actor, cabaret artist and moderator who provides voices for the German dubs of Thomas & Friends and Thomas & Friends: All Engines Go.
He is best known for appearing in "Carnapping", "Sag die Wahrheit" and "The Mysterious Stranger". He is also best known for voicing David Anderson and Illusive Man from the "Mass Effect" series, Johnny Fiama from "The Muppets", Sir Winston Churchill in "The Crown" and Artemis from "Sailor Moon".
He is also the official voice-over for Dean Stockwell, Perry King, Bruce Dern and John Cleese from "Monty Python".
