Dov Reiser (Hebrew: דב רייזר, born September 28th, 1947) is an Israeli actor who provided a voice in the Hebrew dub of Thomas and the Magic Railroad.

He is best known for voicing Rabbit from "Winnie the Pooh", Cornelius Fudge from the "Harry Potter" films, Cookie Monster from "Sesame Street", Master Roshi from the "Dragon Ball" series, Winston from "Oliver and Company", Edgar from "The Aristocats", Sarge from "Cars", Big Ears from "Make Way for Noddy", Cogsworth from "Beauty and the Beast" (1991), Archibald Snatcher from "The Boxtrolls", the Duke of Weselton from "Frozen", and Iroh from "Avatar: The Last Airbender".
