Danny Houtkooper (born August 30th, 1983) is a Dutch theatre, television and voice actor who voices characters in the Dutch dub of Thomas & Friends.
He is known for voicing Zoom from "Hot Wheels Battle Force 5", Owen from "Phil of the Future", and Phoenix from "Jak & Daxter: The Lost Frontier". Other dubbing credits include "Spongebob Squarepants", "Monster High", "Good Luck Charlie", "Wizards of Waverly Place", and "Roary the Racing Car".
