Plot
On the day before Christmas, Thomas the Tank Engine is taking a delivery to Tidmouth Square. On the way, he sees his engine friends James, Percy, Emily, Gordon, Rebecca, Toby and Nia with all sorts of special deliveries. Each load has a different and delightful aroma. Where are they all going? Thomas wonders. At Tidmouth, Thomas discovers that he's carrying Christmas trees, and that his friends have brought the makings of the annual Christmas Eve party! Train-loving boys and girls ages 3 to 7 can enjoy the adventure and smell the sweet scents of Christmas by scratching and sniffing the ten scented spots throughout the story: pine, ginger cookies, orange, peppermint, chocolate, and more.
