Bluebell Valley is a valley and town located on Stepney's Branch Line , that connects with the Skarloey Railway .
Stepney brings passengers here, and on occasions, Thomas also brings passengers here. The station has a diesel refuelling tank and a water tower. A small shed for Stepney is also located here.
Bluebell Valley appears in the fourth season episodes, Rusty to the Rescue and Thomas and Stepney .
