Angus Mackenzie Nicholson Wright (born on 11 April 1934 in Sunderland, England - died 9 July 2012 in France) was the executive producer of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends from the third to fifth seasons and the first season of Shining Time Station. He was the husband of the show's creator, Britt Allcroft, and also worked on the long running children's show "How!". He retired and moved to France in 1999 after falling in love with the locality.

Angus died on 9 July 2012 at the age of 78.
