A Problem for the Twins is the second story in the 1992 Annual.
Plot
Donald has to haul a long train of empty trucks, which his driver knows will be too long to fit through the passing loop on Edward's Branch Line. The train stops when they reach the loop. Douglas is puffing down in the opposite direction with his long train. This has led to the problem, until they come up with a solution of how to pass each other safely.
