Óscar Flores (born 13 November 1976) is a Mexican voice actor who provides voices in the Latin American dub of Thomas & Friends.
He is best known as the voice of Number 1 on "Codename: Kids Next Door", Eddy on "Ed, Edd 'n' Eddy", Meatwad on "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" and the dubbing voice of such celebrities as Ashton Kutcher, James Franco and Ewan McGregor
